The JJs were JP Auclair’s first pro-model, envisioned as a mindful powder tool perfect for deep days and all mountain fun. Year after year ski magazines across the globe herald the Armada JJ as one of the best skis in their annual ski tests. We have many things to thank JP Auclair for and this legendary ski is certainly one of them.
To celebrate JP’s remarkable and charitable life, Armada launched the AI JJ 2.0. The ski is everything skiers know and love about the JJ, but with a nod to AI in a clean graphical package. All proceeds from AI JJ 2.0 sales go to Alpine Initiatives to provide inspiration and funding for the betterment of mountain communities.

Redesigned for 14/15, the JJ 2.0 has a longer turning radius, with the widest points moved out for more stability and effective edge. Maintaining Armada’s patented 5 dimensional sidecut and EST Freeride Rocker, the JJ is the most nimble and versatile powder ski on the market. Built with more gradual taper than the original, the new JJ has better flotation at slower speeds and better control in steep terrain.
