Alpine Initiatives and Aspen Skiing Company's Environment Foundation are bringing All.I.Can. to the historic Wheeler Opera House on Nov 18th, 2011 at 7:30 pm. Having just received Best Feature-Length Mountain Film at Banff Mountain Film Festival, All.I.Can. by Sherpas Cinema unites spectacular cinematography with creative cinematic language to fuse passion for skiing with motivation for green initiatives and forward thinking. In bringing the planet to life and drawing parallels between it and our daily existence, All.I.Can. establishes a connection between the global situation and the ordinary individual. The film stars many of the biggest names in skiing and has commentaries from Aspen Ski Co's own Auden Schendler.
The showing of All.I.Can. will be preceded by If You Want To Fly, a local ski movie by Vital Films, featuring local athletes. An after party for the screening of these films will take place at the Red Onion starting at 9:30 pm. Free beer until it runs out and $3 well cocktails. Entry to the after party will be $5 for people with a ticket from the show and $10 without a ticket. All proceeds will benefit Alpine Initiatives.
